Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an account with jya7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account without notice.

If jya7 discovers that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be held pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during underage play will be forfeited.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jya7 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jya7 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the duplicate account and forfeit any balances held within it.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and at any point when jya7 requests updated documentation. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
Account verification (KYC) may be requested at any point, including prior to or during a withdrawal request. jya7 may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that remain unverified after reasonable notice may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing
jya7 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Players are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used belong to them personally; use of third-party payment accounts is not permitted.
Deposits
Deposits are typically credited to a player's account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. jya7 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified or where a transaction appears to be linked to fraudulent activity.
Withdrawals

Any bonus funds credited to a player's account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. jya7 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, your issuing bank) may apply their own transaction fees. jya7 has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jya7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and KYC verification, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Repeat claims using multiple accounts or recycled payment details constitute bonus abuse.
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account automatically.

Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability

Amendments and Governing Terms
